Polartec WindBlock offers maximum protection from wind and weather. It is 98-100% wind proof. MicroVelour on one side with a mesh weave on the other to keep the wind out. The outside of the Polartec is navy with a red mesh on the side that goes next to you. It is approximately 60" wide. This fabric is folded right sides together. Tip for sewing:
1. Use ball needles. Use a longer stitch length or a stretch stitch if you have that option.
2. Use a good quality polyester thread.
3. If you have a serger it is recommended to use wooly nylon thread in the 2 loopers and a good quality polyester thread for the rest.
