What currency is used on your site?
All prices are listed in USD. Our payment processor will do a current exchange when the card is processed.
Someone gave me a fabulous gift card, how do i use it?
Enter your gift card during checkout to redeem.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We love getting international orders.
Can you please enter the purchase as a gift on the custom form?
Nope. We are all about honesty here. They will be marked as merchandise and filled out using the purchase amount that is on your receipt. Any custom charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
How long will my order take to receive?
On average all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days and will arrive within 1-2 weeks, and international orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Who do you use for shipping?
Due to our location we use USPS for all of our shipping needs.
What if my order arrives and it does not match what is on my invoice?
If we made a mistake on your shipped order we will make it right. We will pay for both the return of the incorrect items and the shipping of the corrected order.
What if my order was correctly packaged and matches my invoice, but it’s not exactly what I wanted?
We do not accept returns on books, patterns, or open packages (including kits, precuts, and notions). If you would like to return an unopened item (precuts or notions), you can ship them back to us, and we will give you a store credit for future use. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and the credit given will be for the actual cost of the item (no restocking fee). Please contact us before doing so via email or phone. Returns on cut fabric are not accepted.
Ummmm…I can’t tell what that item/product looks like, even with the picture.
It happens. We do our best to make sure the product photos are accurate, but sometimes computer monitors, phone screens, etc distort or cause you to question what your looking at. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.
What the heck is with these quantities?!?!
We sell by the inch, and our minimum cut is 9”. So when selecting the quantity of fabric you can select anything above 9. If you select 8 or under we will not process the order. All fabric will be cut in a continuous cut.
ACK! Yard and metre vs inches?
1 yard = 36 inches
1 metre = 39.3701 inches
Example -
If you want a 1/2 yard cut you would enter in a quantity of 18.
If you want a 1 1/4 yard cut you would enter in a quantity of 45.
If you want a 13” cut you would enter in the quantity of 13.
